Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Ninjot's services (ninjot.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Ninjot sets up, configures and supports AI tools for businesses. We also train the people who do this work ("Ninjas").
3. AI Processing Disclosure
Our services use AI models from various providers. AI output may be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable. Review it before you rely on it for business decisions.
4. Open-Source Tools
We deploy open-source tools on your behalf. Each tool is governed by its own licence. You own the deployment and configuration we create for you. If you end your engagement with Ninjot, you may keep using the tools on your own.
5. Service Packages
Kata: a one-time setup of a single AI tool. Payment is due on agreement. Includes two weeks of support after setup.
Dojo: a one-time, wider setup across your workflow. Payment terms are set in your engagement agreement. Includes thirty days of tuning.
Sensei: a monthly retainer for ongoing support. Cancel any month with thirty days' notice. Everything we set up keeps working after cancellation.
6. Ninjas
Ninjas trained by Ninjot are independent contractors, not employees. Their terms are set in separate agreements.
7. Data and Privacy
We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We deploy tools on secured infrastructure with isolation, encryption and access controls. You keep ownership of all your business data.
8. Messaging Platforms
Some services connect AI assistants to messaging platforms such as WhatsApp or Telegram. We set these up in line with each platform's terms. You are responsible for complying with those terms for your own account.
9. Limitation of Liability
Ninjot provides services "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service that gave rise to the claim.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Disputes go to mediation first, then arbitration in Tel Aviv, Israel.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. We will announce material changes by email or on this website. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
